Here are some barriers of Information System.
• A general lack of education and information about both technology and programs
• Lack of a shared, reliable computing and network infrastructure
• Goals that are too ambitious for the resources available to achieve them
• Human and organizational resistance to change
• Unrealistic time frames
• Organizational, programmatic, technological, and legal complexity
• Changing priorities
• Overlapping or conflicting missions among the participating organizations
The said statements above were true. In information system, you must be simple in doing it or a system that can be possibly made. Don't make a system that is very large or hard to make. Make your system simple that can easily be understand. Every system has an limitation. All of the statments above is very useful in deciding a system, you must consider the barriers stated above in making a system.
